The program is designed to be completed in approximately 22 weeks (6 months) from kickoff, offering a structured learning experience that supports meaningful growth and lasting impact in reproductive grief care.
-
We encourage broad participation to foster a shared understanding of compassionate reproductive grief care across your organization. At least 75% of client-facing staff and volunteers are required to complete the on-demand education and live webinar. Your organization will also designate at least one Project Lead to participate in coaching sessions with Institute staff, supporting the integration of learning into your organization's practices.

A Project Lead should be:
Someone whose expertise/authority spans both clinical and operational realms (i.e. nurse/mental health manager, nurse navigator, clinical supervisor, nurse/mental health educator, perinatal bereavement coordinator, etc.)
Someone who has the authority and ability to make team-wide scheduling decisions and is able to ensure the project stays on-pace
Someone who has the authority and support of executive leadership to influence clinic policies and procedures in order to implement compassionate reproductive grief care practices on an organizational level
Note: Project Lead selection should be internally evaluated while filling out this application, and must be finalized before attending the Kick-Off Orientation Call.

All program trainings are offered virtually, with no in-person commitments required. Your team will participate in a few live, virtual sessions scheduled collaboratively with Institute staff to support your learning and implementation journey.
